BiggerPockets is a dedicated real estate investing platform with lots of great information on property management.

It’s especially useful as a platform for staying up-to-date on current events, including new legislation and how it affects landlords.

2. Property Management Insider

Property Management Insider is another great blog for getting the latest news and information related to the real estate investing industry.

Whether you’re looking for data or marketing tips, it has a wide range of topics for landlords and property managers

3. Multifamily Insiders

A great multifamily-specific blog, Multifamily Insiders has a bit of a rough blog design, so not the best reading experience.

However, it makes up for that with some of the best content around multifamily property investing.

It has a specific bent toward creating high-quality rental listings and the copywriting that goes into it, making it even more unique among the blogs on this list.

Real Property Management is a property management franchise with an extensive blog chalk full of great information for landlords.

It has a relatively rough design that doesn’t offer the most pleasing reading experience, but the information is high-quality allowing it to easily make the list.

Specifically, they have a ton of high-quality question-and-answer related content for all types of situations that a landlord might face.

12. Forbes Business Council

Forbes used to have a real estate specific council, however that now appears to have been merged into their other business councils.

With that said, there are a number of real estate investing experts on their council who create content regularly, making it one of the better platforms for high-authority content on current topics.
