  • Quickly add lease payments with a "Save and New" button.
  • Customize rental application settings per applicant.
  • Added eviction tracking capabilities.
  • Override bill payments if your accounts have insufficient funds.
  • Choose which bank accounts you are paying bills from.
  • New recurring transaction detail report: view future charges by account.
  • Tenants can resubmit rental applications without paying again.
  • Search for transactions by reference numbers in the transactions list and reports.
