DoorLoop is fantastic not only just from a computer perspective, but also on the go. You're able to update everything with their app or on your phone, a couple clicks of a button. It's really allowed me to relax a little bit and let go of the process, trusting that DoorLoop's got me covered.
My name is Olivia Bridges, I represent Kevington Building Corp., We manage residential and commercial properties all across the lower mainland of BC. We specialize in developing and managing our own properties, but beyond that we also specialize in managing and developing community. We manage everything from heritage buildings to high rise style apartments, to commercial properties and malls.
I first heard about DoorLoop from our IT specialist when he was exploring different platforms that were a little bit more user-friendly for the average team member rather than just the software aficionados. And when he presented it to us it seemed like a great solution to make the platform accessible for everyone on the team.
We chose DoorLoop because we felt that it was both visually engaging, naturally intuitive to understand, and it had all of the functions that we had previously had to use lots of different platforms to achieve. When you have everything from your draft leases, to your signature requests, to your turnover maintenance work being scheduled in one place, everybody is not only able to see where you are in the process, but you're able to see where everybody else is, and that leads to a much more seamless service.
The DoorLoop sales team has been absolutely fantastic, they respond nearly immediately. There's somebody always willing to help, zero complaints on their end. And they've actually been fantastic about it, even adding functionality that they didn't have before based on our feedback.
Something that really changed when we started using DoorLoop was accessibility, so team members who before hadn't found that the last CRM platform was something that they felt they could use, suddenly DoorLoop was welcoming and un-intimidating for them to start getting comfortable using and taking advantage of.
I would say that my favorite DoorLoop feature is actually the reports function. Any property managers out there will know how much we all dread having to deal with auditing tenant insurance. It really is a nightmare of spreadsheets, and follow-ups, and emails. Using the reports function I'm able to track exactly who's up for renewal, who needs to be followed up with, how much insurance coverage they have, and anything else. It's just at the tip of my fingertips, click of a button.
DoorLoop has helped me cut hours out of my work week, everything from signature requests to communications, it's taken the amount of time it takes for me to draft a contract from about an hour per contract to maybe five, 10 minutes at most, and it's completely eliminated the human error potential. When it comes to communications and coordination I'm able to keep the entire team updated with the click of a button. I really do love it, it's given me my life back.
