The Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Expert, to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel. You will be responsible for growing our team, sourcing top talent, and developing and marketing our brand.

About You

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in recruitment/sourcing, from a start-up company/tech company/technical placement agency.
3+ years of experience working with Linkedin Recruiter.
3+ years of experience working with ATS systems such as BambooHR, Breezy HR, Lever, Greenhouse and FreshTeam.
3+ years of experience working with Indeed.
3+ years of experience working with ZipRecruiter.
An excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
Strong ability to both screen and create an opportunity for passive candidates.
Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
BA / MBA in Behavioral Studies/Social Sciences/Organizational Development/other related fields.
