Senior Content Creator & Copywriter

We are looking for a full-time, in-office content creator and copywriter with SEO expertise and experience writing various kinds of digital content. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Conducting detailed keyword research in order to determine focus keywords to be used in future blog posts and other written content.
• Researching, outlining, drafting, and editing written content in various forms (blog posts, landing pages, checklists, templates, and more) focusing on real estate and property management.
• Applying DoorLoop's brand voice, style, structure and voice to all copy and content.
• Effectively communicating with other members of the team in order to align on goals, must-haves, and timelines.
• Consistently demonstrating excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Minimum 2+ years of copywriting/content creation experience focusing on SEO.
• Minimum 1 year of experience writing for a B2B company.
• Portfolio of writing samples featuring blog posts, landing pages, and other forms of digital marketing content.
• Extensive understanding of the most up-to-date SEO best practices.
• Understands how to research and create focus keywords, meta descriptions, and alt descriptions.
• Must be able to legally work in the US in our office in South Beach (560 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.

• Any experience in copywriting for real estate, property management, or PropTech
• Experience writing or editing scripts for webinars or podcasts
• SEM experience
